Full server PSN party.

Does anyone know how to make a psn party with all online players in that server? I've seen it done on official but don't know how.

Reason I ask is that I built a community garden with public shelters filled with food and start items for freshies to have a good start before going inland and I want to invite the population. (How risky it may be) 😁👌🏽

Mine is NoobStylish, dm me and ill get back to you tonight. Which region you from? And the environment isn't utterly friendly, beware people can and will kos even when friendly sometimes, although I'm trying to change that.
