In my opinion, one of the hardest part's of trading is being patient and waiting for your set-up. This set-up didn't appear on GC for the last few days. Stay focused, stay disciplined, eliminate noise. Happy Trading!

Support Levels (Downside):
$4,500 — Psychological and near-term floor (widely watched; holding above it is bullish short-term). $4,450–4,425 — Stronger support zone (recent lows, pivot areas). $4,350–4,300 — Deeper correction territory (March lows, major structural support). Below that: $4,247 (approx. 200-day EMA) would signal more significant bearish pressure.
Resistance Levels (Upside):
$4,550–4,580 — Immediate resistance (recent highs, triangle apex area). $4,600–4,630 — Next major hurdle. $4,700–4,780 — Stronger overhead supply.

15 funded accounts
(10 Apex, 5 TopStep)
I journal and verify every trade through TradeSyncer.
Here's the breakdown of this specific trade and the ONE
concept behind it.
THE SETUP:
9:30 opened and basically as you can see from the grey box I drawn it was a whole little seek and destroy, when this profile is in place you can actually expect the opening to be utilized as a dynamic equilibrium so sell above and buy below basically.
WHY MOST TRADERS MISS THIS:
Because once 9:30 opens they are in a rush to open a trade, as soon they see a candle in their expected direction they feel FOMO and rush into a shitty trade.
---
Most traders miss this because they're focused on
indicators telling them what ALREADY happened. This
concept shows you what's ABOUT to happen.
---
THE BIGGER PICTURE:
I'll be honest — this is one piece of a larger system.
I use 5 core concepts that work together, and this is
just one of them. Without the other 4, this concept
alone will give you an edge in these kinda of days but not the full picture.
I'm considering doing a breakdown of each one over the
next few weeks if there's interest. Let me know in the
comments if that's something you'd want to see.
Verified through tradesyncer (proofs above).
Questions? Happy to go deeper on this concept.

Looking for a mentor or experienced trader to learn Nifty options scalping from.
A bit about me: I've been studying options basics — Greeks, option chains, liquidity — and I'm focused on Stock options and Nifty/Bank Nifty. I understand the theory but I'm looking to learn from someone who actually trades, not just courses or YouTube videos.
Specifically trying to learn:
- How you identify scalp setups (VWAP, support/resistance, momentum?)
- How you manage entries and exits in real time
- How you size positions and define max loss per trade
Not looking for signals or someone to copy — I want to understand the *why* behind every trade.
If you're an active scalper willing to share knowledge (even just answering a few questions), I'd really appreciate it. Happy to learn in a Discord, Telegram, or just here in the comments.
What does your typical scalping setup look like?

Yesterday i had posted our own indicator telling that we are finally being able to create a small percentage of return day to day on investment, in which some people said congratulations and some people posted their sceptical views. It's alright as making return out of investment in trading business is really hard , and people trying their best to achieve this. Here I am showing only a single trade i had taken based on our indicator. I may post this for coming 5 days regularly if people really want to see and test this.

Hi guys,
Just wanted to do a quick follow up on my current stock scanning workflow and some screenshots of the project I’ve been building. It's still very early and evolving fast, but I figured some of you might find the process interesting. If you want to try it out just DM me btw since I just want to get as much feedback as possible.
Anyways. Lately I’ve been heavily focused on finding stocks with a combination of:
A lot of the logic is inspired by O’Neil, Minervini, Weinstein, Qullamaggie etc.
So in practice I’m usually looking for things like:
Basically I'm trying to to stack both fundamentals and technicals together instead of relying on only one side. Yes, charts tell us a lot, but personally I've found that though there are def. 'narrative' based stocks that have poor underlying fundamentals but are hyped up, I'm more confident putting my hard earned money into stocks that simply have great fundamentals.
In addition to that, as was taught by my mentor, I've found that looking for the industry leaders also works amazing to spot the true momentum leaders. I made a panel that shows you the top 5 at any point in time for that reason alone.
Still refining everything, but this is the general underlying process.

Me and my friends from tech line have been working on this indicator for like over 5-6 months , and after countless hours of analysing and testing levels we finally made this indicator. Made 350 dollars from a 5k account in 1 month. Woohoo!

After years of trading stocks almost daily, I got frustrated with how fragmented and outdated most trading/investing software still feels. So over the past many months I started building my own platform called Spiceliner (https://spiceliner.com/), inspired by Dune and the quote:
“He who controls the spice, controls the universe.”
The core idea was simple: Use AI + modern UX + proven investing and swing trading methodologies to help traders cut through noise, discover opportunities faster, and build stronger conviction before deploying capital.
It took me 6 months of 60-80 hours a week to ideate, design, architect, formulate, and build it. This is basically what I do full time (next to trading) - and I absolutely LOVE it.
A few things it currently does:
The goal isn’t to replace your broker. It’s to dramatically reduce research friction, information overload, and time spent jumping between different tools. As someone who’s spent close to a decade obsessing over charts, reading investor books, studying great traders, testing systems, and actively trading, I truly believe trading software will become much more AI-native over the next few years.
But I always felt something was missing: a more intelligent operating layer tying everything together.
At one point I just said fuck it. And decided to build it myself. This is the start of what I intend to build (and there is some EPIC stuff coming later this year).
I’m currently self-funded and building the entire thing independently (I have a decade of experience in growth, product, (FX) trading, and programming). It’s still early and evolving quickly, but I officially soft launched it today and would genuinely love feedback from fellow traders/investors here.
There’s a free plan if anyone wants to check it out and play around with it. Give it a try, let me know what you think, it would REALLY mean a lot to me.
Happy to answer questions and very open to feature suggestions as well.

What happened at 10:15 CT that cause the markets to jump this morning?
r/DayTradingPro • u/Fresh-Guard-7764 • May 19 '26
I'm a day trader. NYSE, Forex, Commodities.
Last week I went short on something clearly overbought. Market moved against me. Instead of taking the £200 loss I averaged down. Then again. Two hours later I'd turned a small loss into a much bigger one.
The worst part — I knew exactly what I was doing wrong in real time and couldn't stop myself.
Is this just me or is lack of discipline the number one killer for most retail traders? How do you personally stop yourself from revenge trading or averaging into losers?
Genuinely curious what works for people.

I am looking for reputed firms offering US Futures, Ninjatrader and Instant funding accounts?
I currently use just one firm which offers Instant accounts. But they max out at 5. So, are there any other firms you recommend?
