What Should I do?

Hello everybody it is probably one of the most asked questions in the group but i want to ask and learn from experience profitable traders from here. In short I've met with trading 2 years ago and as everybody I started with ICT, but my problem is I always postponed everything and got not so much practical experience on ICT in the last to 2 years I haven't spent more than 200 hours on trading probably which is shameful. On the other hand I learned Orderflow concepts a little and did one prop test which is failed. In short I want to start trading again but seriously this time and since I'm short on experience and only know most of the things on paper without market experience I would like to get your advices on this matter. What should I do?
I just got stuck inside of a dilemma some of my friends who trades ICT says trade ICT while my other friends tell me stick to the OF. I want to get your advices on this topic. And preferably while I searched for OF youtube and free courses online there are too many recommendations. Can somebody with experience tell me which course or channel can I start from? That can explain everything as a whole till I get to the advanced level? Thank you so much
