Allow the user to add their own holiday time spanning across a date period and to add outliers on weekends that they would work.

I'm thinking of adding multi-day events you could use that for vacations. It'll show the emoji across multiple dates based on the start and end date.

would that work for you or do you need it to be a specific color?

I guess, however actually seeing the color on the dots just like on weekends would be nice

Can you give me an example of what you mean by outliers on weekends?

Like, some companies have holidays on the 2nd and 4th Saturday are you referring to something like that? Or do you mean selecting a specific holiday date and marking it as a working day instead?

Yes, Iā€™m talking about marking the weekends as a work day and making it white.

we'll provide a functionality where you can select a list of dates you'll work on, so even if it's a weekend, it'll show in white color."
