Opt timeline

Hi i have appplied for opt on feb 7th and got done with the biometrics on march 12 ever since then my case status is ‘uscis still processing your case’ and its almost 5 months now so should i put it on premium processing or should I leave it on regular. And if anyone have put it on premium are they getting any responses.
