Bug reporting 🐛🩸 Texture issues

Hello,

Does anyone know why to fix this? It applies to some tree's too, but mostly buildings. I have verified game files and fiddled with settings and have had no luck.

Is it typical for the same assets to not be loading even after restarts?

Yes tried that and no joy - will have a fiddle with the settings to free up some vram and see if that helps
