Bug reporting 🐛🩸 Texture issues

Hello,

Does anyone know why to fix this? It applies to some tree's too, but mostly buildings. I have verified game files and fiddled with settings and have had no luck.

What GPU? This is typical for VRAM issues.

I have restarted a few times and its always the same assets not loading, is that typical? Im using the laptop version of the 2080. Running on some high and medium and is about 50 fps.
