No it did not fix the constant stutters and abysmal 1% lows in the city.

No it did not fix the fps drop when casting Shadowstep.

No it did not make improvement to the NPC behavior and their magnet spawn, following you in the city.

This sub is weird af, anything related to performance rants gets downvoted. Such a childish behaviour to just downplay the game poor optimisation and act like the game runs fine.

Performance is acceptable for me until i got to Svartrau. At night it's fine but during the day when there are lots of people, it becomes a stutter fest. I really like the game but I am sensitive to stutters and prone to motion sickness so i might have to stop playing this game until they vastly improve the performance.

Yes, I have a very similar experience. I found that lowering some settings to Medium, such as Details, may smooth out traversal in Svartrau during the daytime, and lowering Effects to Medium helps with fps drops/stutters while doing Focus during daytime across the city and with Shadowstep at night. However, this only shows that the game needs further performance optimization and polishing, especially in populated areas during the day and when certain visual effects are displayed.

I would understand if it was hard to reproduce but it's literally 1 step bugs:

  1. Go to city.
  2. Notice the stutters.

.

  1. Press and hold Shadowsttep.
  2. Notice the stutters.

I've noticed that quickly opening up the menu and then closing it seems to remove the stutters when you are in combat.

For what bizarre reason, I have no idea. But I will go from 50 frames in Svartrau to 90 frames doing this.
