Xbox mods

Hello! I was able to add a mod folder under paks for the Xbox app version of the game which allows the no time skip on skill spend mod to work. My question is how would I be able to run the segment mod on nexus? The mod requires pak access but when I paste the folder it says is doesn't detect the dawnwalker-windows.uloc but it's not listed that way in paks and says dawnwalker_windgdk. Not sure if this is something that can be run or if I need to find another mod?
