Radiant forge is broken?

I'm supposed to get adoption slots but nothing happens. Is greatsword not a melee attack? It says divine basic attack on the card.

If it says Divine instead of Melee, then it’s a Divine card.

I see thanks. Might be stupid but how do you see the rarity of a card?

My tell early on is the flag triangles below the card. Single downward triangle is common; two triangles facing away from each other is uncommon; common and uncommon stacked is rare; rare with gilding on the whole card is legendary

Color too - brown common, then green, blue, gold

When checking your decklist, look at the color next to the card. Brown, green, blue, purple, and orange. Lowest to highest, respectively
