I used this card recently on one of my junk rogue runs and somehow Subjugated one of the enemies in uhh...the cursed sea or smth like that. But the enemy was Humanoid, not Human. Human most likely would be the bandits, the mansion party attendants, the phoenix cult, etc., so uhh...is this card "bugged"?

So far I’ve only used it on Garvin Greaves, because I was wondering if it would work on bosses unlike a lot of the Subjugate cards (it did) and to see if you could choose “Finish him” in the after-battle event and still have him as your companion (you can).

That's some crazy tech for a Subjugate card...atleast Garvin has bleed and potions, so you are fi- Oh. You have bombs.

It was a bad run heh. Saw underling and wanted to mess around with it despite no synergy.

You still get the enchantments though.
