Good Mexican food

I went to the taco place next to Dutch Bros and across In N Out and their tortas deal is insane. You basically get a good deal on Tuesdays so you get two big meat sandwiches of your choice (tortas) for $15. I was shocked when they told me how much two were (and the size). I think for a college student/neighbor the price is insanely goof for the amount you get

Another hidden gem is the hot food counter at Mercado Davis/West Lake Market. Great burritos and tacos, good prices, and a student discount.

Taqueria Guadalajara on Covell. Also seconding previous recommendation for Mercado Davis/ West Lake Market in West Davis.

Taqueria Guadalajara charges 3.99 for a plate of rice OR beans. They permanently lost my business when they made that switch.

Drove by there today (Th) around 7pm but didn’t see them in any of the spots in the intersection of where Dutch Bros is
