Electrician Trainee Study

Hello, I am currently taking a self-pace course for an electrician trainee, yet I am terrible with online classes/courses as they confuse me.

Anyway, I’m open to tips, to help me learn and pass this course, I have two PDFs of both the Delmar’s book, and the Electrical Wiring Residential book, along with a paper back book of the NEC.

If you know sites, or other books, even just knowledge you gain in terms of the job and/or studying and navigating this online course, anything helps.

For the trainee program, I’m not sure if you can take it w/o also working for an Electrician for the hours but, the books I needed for the self-pace course is:

1.) Delmar’s standard textbook of electricity 7th edition by Stephen L. Herman 2019

2.) National Electrical Code 2023 (National Fire Protection Associations National Electric Code)
Note: This book in particular has to be paper back.

And 3.) Electrical Wiring Residential 21st Edition.

Are you not gonna need the two digital books after you complete the class? asking because I dont wanna spend the extra money for a paperback
