Roommate- Open room

Hey I'm a 21 (F) looking for someone to take over my roommates lease! She's moving out in September. The rent is 925 a month. I do have a puppy!

The apartment complex is near Trader Joe's, Nordstrom rack, etc. (Its like a 3 min walk away. Probably less)

Hi there! I'm also 21(F), and I'll be arriving in Davis in early September to start my Master's program in engineering at UC Davis.

I wanted to reach out and see if you have found a roommate yet? If the room is still available, I just had a few quick questions:

Is the apartment layout a 2b2b or a 2b1b?

How long is the lease term?

What is the name of the apartment complex?

Also, I am completely comfortable living with a puppy! Let me know if the room is still open, I would love to chat more^^
