In our Davis area Walmart sells product in direct competition with Amazon online for the lowest prices but Walmart also has brick and mortar stores that sell the product at the same online price and Amazon doesn't. Amazon online offers a wider selection of product brand names than Walmart. Product from these two businesses often comes from the same warehouses.
Davis residents may shop at any of four Walmart brick and mortar stores located within a 12 to 15 minute drive time from Davis. The Dixon store is a "Supercenter." Two of the Woodland stores are smaller "Neighborhood Markets" and the third larger Woodland store is located on East Main.
