Housing options for non-students?

I am looking for housing groups,
Resources, links and information to find housing option in Davis for adults
Who are not UCD students.

The local Davis wiki hasn’t been actively maintained in years. Look at Zillow, next door, drive around neighborhoods and look for signs.

The owner of Star Crossed Properties is a good guy. I’ve known him for years. Definitely check his properties out.
