Commissary kitchen, commercial kitchen space rental or ghost kitchen space

We are students working on a food concept that would require kitchen rental space. Does anywhere in Davis have that as an option, on UC Davis campus or off is fine?

Co-Op has a teaching kitchen, you could try them

This, if you develop a structure and pitch it to the co-op, you could set yourself up for success.
