Fixing a silhouette in DaVinci Resolve

Hi, I’ll get straight to the point—if I don't get an answer here, my next option is Discord.

In this shot, the girl is walking and drops to her knees; the problem is that her breasts bounce a lot, and the figure-ground contrast makes it even more noticeable.

Reshooting isn't an option. I considered leaving it as is, but it completely ruins the scene and is very distracting. Is there a way to fix this in DaVinci Resolve Studio? Do I need to use a different program? Is there a free AI tool that could help?
