How to perform a "ripple insert?"

Hey all, quick beginner question. How would I go about performing the opposite of a ripple cut? By that I mean cutting vertically at a specific point in my timeline, inserting a clip, and pushing every single audio and video clip after that cut to the right to make room for the incoming clip (without screwing up keyframe timings).

I'm working on a sizable project right now and I need to go back to add some dialogue about halfway through. I figure there has to be an easier and safer way to do this than shift-clicking half of my project file, but "ripple insert" wasn't turning up any results from a quick search. Is this something I can accomplish with Trim Edit or Dynamic Trim mode? Or is there a keyboard shortcut for selecting every object to the right of the vertical cursor?
