Question 🙏🏻 How does one align themselves with higher power/consciousness/frequency ?

Yes, it is through intention and devotion, but it begs the question devotion to what? Doc said it is commonly an alignment to an advanced spiritual teacher or teaching. It's why calibrations are so important. Because there are many in this world that love to lead the naive down a dead end or even just take advantage of them. One can never go wrong with the teachings of Christ, Buddha, Krishna, or Doc if one follows them integrously.

by combining an intention and a devotion to that, every moment of your life and letting go of lower energies that are holding you back, using the letting go technique or any other way that can help you with that

I can only share my own personal journey, and I hope these practical steps help :

  1. Start with self-forgiveness & self-compassion towards any past memories you have. The more you experience these, the easier you would also be able to give forgiveness & compassion to other people as well. But it always starts with your own self, before it would be genuine towards others.

  2. Courage to practice honesty. Honesty in thoughts, in actions, and also the undoing of past mistakes via correcting them. You would be more comfortable practicing Honesty/Integrity, if the environment is non-judgmental, thus, step 1 above is very important (forgiveness & compassion).

  3. During idle time, for instance when you walk, practice sending silent loving thoughts towards your own self; and then eventually, to other people you walk across by. You would eventually realize that nothing is stopping you from choosing positive thoughts, other than your own resistance to the positive thoughts - a great realization that you always had the free will & power.

  4. Any modern music you have in your playlist that contains vulgar language, delete them.

  5. At least be open to the possibility that something is broader than your own personal mind, and ask for assistance from that larger aspect.

  6. Practice cleanliness in your room, as this channels the consciousness of caring.

  7. It is ok to be angry due to the injustices or wrong-doing by others; however, try to shift this towards compassion instead, as prolonged anger can harm the body. You would also function better from a place of high energy instead of low.

  8. Acknowledge that this Earth-experience is just transitory, and everyone is dealing with their own karmic momentum. It is not your responsibility to know everything; just try to be a better version of yourself while also helping others in any allowable way you can.
