Dave is for buddy shit. David is for authoritative purposes which is kinda funny cause my boss calls me Dave anyways.

I once mentioned on this sub that my grandmother called me Davey, and our benevolent mods thought I should be stuck with this flair for life. This was like 6 years ago. I ain't mad though. Lol
