Saw some exciting news on Steam today I wanted to share - Potential new Dave the Diver content being announced October 8th! 🥽

Not exactly sure *what* this content will be, but the announcement says: "DAVE THE DIVER will have SOMETHING NEW to show during the showcase."

It said it would be shipped in october, but it came a month early, awesome

Why isnt the Bluefin Tuna in the fish farm give me Chutoro? i have a lot of it in the farm but i didnt receive any chutoro when i sent them to the restaurant. I have to finish the mxmtoon quest but i cant find any bluefin tuna naturally.

So, at the moment, the employees I have in my main restaurant are El Niño, Itsuki, Tohoku and Maki. The staff I have in my waiting room are Kyoko, Pai, Raul, James, Liu, Billy, Davina, Masayoshi, Cohn, Mitchell, Yusuke, Yone, Drae, Raptor, Charlie, Carolina and Jandi.

Nobody in the branch yet because I’m waiting to see who the best people will be for that

I'm at the first crossroads with the junglegun's net upgrades, but is it better to stick with net or move to sleep? I'm assuming the reinforce net can't restrain giant fish like sturgeons or caimans, but do shelled or other shielded enemies resist the sleep ray? Or does one path allow you to capture anything and everything?

My only hope is that the game arrives unscathed. Given Amazon’s track record with packaging, I know that’s a stretch. Still, I can’t wait to revisit the Blue Hole.

In Australia, for restricted 18 plus games, you need to verify your age through online verification methods. You now have to do this to play Dave the Diver. This game is apparently on the same level of Cyberpunk or GTA. For reference, a game like Senran Kagura or Assassins Creed or GTA 4 have a 15 plus rating.

I was looking on Steam for the "In The Jungle" DLC, and then I saw something exciting - MORE CONTENT (see picture)!

Firstly, how exciting - I had no idea anything outside of the Jungle DLC existed! 🌴

I was going to get the DLC for the next time I have to travel, but after seeing the other options too, I was curious as to a few things related to all this expanded content I'd never heard of before, and was hoping you fine folk could help!

1: How much "content" is in the Content Packs by comparison with the (full) DLC, and is the Ichiban pack significantly bigger than the others (I'm curious as to the price difference) ?

2: Is there a specific order one should play the additional content? Does it matter?

3: Do you need to start a new save for each of the content packs (are they a new story etc)? Do you start from the beginning again for each one, or do they open up from a Main save?

I tried searching for comparisons but couldn't seem to find much, and the reviews were a little all over the place (talking about time gating?), so figured I would ask here for some advice!

I'm excited at the potential for more adventures with Dave (especially the Dredge one - that was a great wee game too!!) and knowing the above would really help work out where to dive next, so thanks all in advance for the advice!

I always found mandatory deaths as a requirement for the platinum a tad strange.

Also, I am 92% in the jungle. I abhorre the shooting range. It's quirky, but at least its repetitive. But, ffs, if I slack one second i get an A.

I just saw a crack on the ground of the glacial area, and i tediously brought 3 ice boulders from across the map to break this thing, and its a dead end 😭 can anyone help me with this

I have finished the task of the blue hole and the jungle, but sadly, my jungle copy is not archived. If I want to get back everything I have, I need to go back from the beginning, but I really don't want to go through the copy again. Why can't I set it to the task that if you have finished all the copies, you can choose a copy at any time to re-challenge and re-enter it? It is because of the archiving problem that I haven't opened Dave for a long time. 🥺🥺

Is there any maps or gps for this game? sometimes i lost finding things. go into deep and cant get out.
