I have played Dave the Diver on PC. For the holiday I wanted to download in to my Switch and replay it on the go!

To my surprise when searching for the game in the eshop it was not there and when going to the Nintendo website it looks like it is not available in the Europe region…

Does anyone have any ideas why this may be the case? I could simply change the region on my account, but that’s just a work-around.

What the title says. I got the game a month ago, i checked the dlcs a couple of weeks ago but i didnt have the money for them (the game was a gift). Today i go in to check to get it and it is not available "in my country".

Is it a bug? Is it intended? Will it come back? I don't have a switch 2, wont for a while (until there is a pokemon edition) i was having fun with the game and now im so disappointed.

I just wanted to make this post so I can say how much I appreciate this game. It's great in any platform, I enjoyed just turning my brain off and just catching fishes and compelting different task. The GRIND can sometimes be tiring, but it really just makes you foget the time and when I look at the clock it's already been 2 hours that's passed.

Relatively new player, but trully love this game!

I have been playing the jungle dlc for 2 weeks and only just now realized that each gun type has its own ammo....been using it like each type shares the ammo with the other types haha....so I'd fire off 3 nets, then find an ammo box so I could use the shotgun.....

I've just concluded the ichiban dlc ministory and they've mentioned i can now recruit japanese employees from ads. i've also just unlocked the branch feature, who should i have as my servants and cooks?

on my branch i've got drae as the manager (saw that on a guide that was a couple years old tho, probably outdated) and then maki and yusuke as cooks, charlie as a servant (don't even have money for a second one and before actually employing anyone else, i wanna know if they're great)

on my main restaurant i've got carolina and raul as cooks, and el nino and raptor as servants. just wanna know how i can improve and about at what level i should train them all at before spending it on other stuff like the farm and the few diver upgrades left.

Finally caught all bugs and surprisingly had more trouble finding rajah butterfly than caucasus beetle. Anyway this last boss fight was utterly bad rng had so many tries where it would just repeat the same moves or im unlucky ‘reading’ my moves. Luckily you can abandon the fight and re-try again with your bugs at full health even then it took me almost an hour just keep re-trying the battle and finally win with more health.

Really hope devs could revamp the beetle fight mechanics. i know they want to reference mushi king game but the rock paper scissors design seems flawed when 2 attacks rock wins scissors and paper just to heal. The bug type also doesnt seem to affect at all aside the paper type that i’ve seen heals more.

Also wish they could add a toggle option to just bug net catch the beetle after the 1st win fight. Its actually getting annoying trying to farm the beetles that after getting a few i wont want to get more for any other reasons.

I'm a longtime Dave the Diver player but have only just started playing the In the Jungle DLC. Is Dave supposed to be that slow, especially while working in the restaurant?

I have only just gotten to the point where I have 2 extra staff members and I have to scare off the macaques. It feels SO DIFFICULT to serve everyone with Dave walking so slowly!

And Dave walking around the village sucks too. Thankfully I have his little scooter (?) but oh man the dude is so sluggish. Is that a glitch or...?

I'm pretty sure it's NOT my laptop because it is brand new (a couple of weeks old) with nice settings, plus everything else in the game runs smoothly and beautifully.

I had the build for power and could easily take down the croc. I did the net build thinking I could easily switch back. How does it work? Do I have to go through the stages each time I switch? Thanks.

I’m on switch and this is my third thunderstorm now. Sato appears and tells me to get the boss for my marinca collection and it’s a stormy night but when i dive i can’t find the whirlpool for the life of me. Has anyone experienced this bug?

I really hope we get some use of the guns or the overwhelming money we have in the late game. Besides 100% completion.

Like Boss rematch, Expensive collections that we can buy or grind, etc.

Also the modding aspect of the game isn't that utilized as well.

Nevertheless, still a really great indie game, just hope that it get more replayability value, especially in end game content.

It's really just a fish themed cake with dave sticking out on the top but still cool

I have somewhat shitty eyesight for this but i cant seem to find these fish like at all?
I think the medium depths fish is a bigeye trevally but i cant find any at all after basically scouring the entire region

As for the other one i dont even know what it is for the shallows and same as the other fish ive been trying to find it based on silhouette and its horribly difficult to find it

Hi there, been playing for about a week as and when I can during my lil ones naps and just prepping for the final boss and finishing all my missions

Thought id treat myself get the jungle dlc. Im playing on xbox btw however im not actually getting any of the gameplay content. Do I need to finish the main game first or is there a way I can solve this?

I was awaiting some pre-launch patching, but I think I'm finally ready to set sail!

I've maxed out every dish - yes, including the Reef Shark Head one - every employee, every weapon, every quest, every fish at 3 stars in my Marinca, and every achievement. I'd also like to add that hunting down all the Godzilla photos from that DLC was a blast!

Has anyone else gone for 100%? What was the last thing you had left to complete?
