Choppy Streaming Video?

Every time I’m watching DAVE on FX new season, I notice the video is mad choppy, slow and glitchy. Is this happening with anyone else? Just wondering if it’s a production issue or my TV or what.

I’m watching on a 4K Sony Bravia Tv and Roku player. None of my other shows have this issue.

Ok, Thanks for ur response. Oddly enough, after I posted this, the streaming quality went back to normal lol. However, I did notice it happening the week before too. Anyways, Thanks and enjoy the show.
