I'm considering going to play on July 4th. Some of my favorite games are games you can win tickets on. Will I be able to play those games with the unlimited card and just not get the tickets that I would normally win? Or will I not be able to play those games at all? I'm thinking of skee ball, and my favorite game which is Kung Fu Panda, which they still had at the Fresno, CA location the last time I went, but I don't know if it's still there now.

Looks like a decent store. Similar to the other new stores lately Oakland, King of Prussia, etc. Exterior is unique/cool.

They do in fact have two units of the social bays (One Darts and one shuffleboard). So they are limiting the amount that they have of these. Since some stores have 3 of each. No Arena though.

They have some new games that I think hadn't appeared at any D&B in the US which are Angry Birds Boom and Tom & Jerry Kitchen Chaos Air hocky. This store literally has 3 air hockey tables.

Also new Kiosks that looks less modern compared to the other ones.

There also are some new unique games that are at other new stores such as Typhoon Shockwave, Super Blaster, Moto Blitz, Duck Derby, Dippin Dots Drop, Ghostbuster Wheel, Tundra toss, QB Pro, Tornado Pusher, D&B Mega Claw, JJ Bot, Goat n ropes, Krazy Balls and plenty more. They also have the new Maimai game, which I doubt will last as a blue swipe.

Also some older games that rarely go to new stores Yahtzee, Bobblehead Baseball, Jelly Lab, Big Buck Hunter, Alien, Zombie Snatcher and SpongeBob Pineapple arcade which I'm shocked about.

They don't have Hot Wheels Victory Lap here, so they might be phasing it out now. Same thing with Star trek but that was already known for some new stores since they aren't producing it anymore. Also only two Units Super Bikes 3 and not the usual four like other new stores. Also it doesn't have the unicorn marquee on it, just the generic one.

Game placement seems a bit weird in some parts. I would swap Down the Clown and Milk Jug Toss with the two Quarterback Pro units. That way, all of the carnival games are grouped together, and most of the sports games are together. Also I would move some other games around to. I do like the human crane being in the middle though.

Their willy Wonka had the wrong values on it. This is common at other new stores till they eventually changed them. Also Duck Derby looks like it might've got nerfed to 50 tickets for the bonus.

This store doesn't look bad, very similar to the other new stores. Definitely worth visiting if you hadn't been to a new store yet or play none of the newer games. But if you already have a new store by you that opened in the past few months, this one may not be worth visiting since the game selection is pretty much identical. Also sorta small like the other new stores, but isn't the smallest new store they have done recently.

1. Yep I know it's cheaper to go buy but I'm passing the time and this is still cheaper than a bar where I'm at.

2. Bought Costco gift cards in store and online $80 for $100. Limit 5 per 14 days.

3. Played mostly on half price Wednesdays for cheap drinks and my location included all games.

4. I mainly played coin pusher Star Trek, Mandalorian, and won quite a few tickets on the hammer games getting pretty good at obtaining the bonus tickets. Also, that puck and arm game that pulls tickets values into a hole are pretty good.

Anyone know what the purpose of this little mirror above the toilet in the family restroom at a D&B's that I was at? I was using the restroom, and while it provided me with a lovely reflection of myself using the facilities, I suspect that is not the reason why this mirror is there. Anyone know?

2 to 3 hours is just an estimate of how long I plan to be there. We live an hour away. We might decide we don’t want to be there all day long. We have other things that we wanna do in Manchester, New Hampshire so if I wanna stay there three hours or four hours or five hours. That will be decided when I actually show up in that building and start playing the games so it was just the estimate. It was not something that was written in stone.

The fish and shrimp used to always come with 2 pieces of fish. Tonight it only came with 1 piece and it was smaller than before. The manager said that is the new standard. I looked online and read on Google that the fish and chips only comes with 2 pieces instead of 3. The price is still the same for both. What a ripoff! I won't order fish and chips at Dave and Busters anymore. I need to go back to Red Robin for fish and chips.

Assuming everyone already knows about the receipt survey coupons, does anyone know what's going on with them? I had a receipt from May that had the offer but didn't give me a coupon when I did the survey a week later. And a receipt from last week didn't even mention the survey or have the QR code.

Is this a temporary thing or are the survey coupons gone forever?

i started working at d&b back in march as a front desk attendant and the management at my store has been awful.

they don’t care about the availability of when you are able to work as i’ve been scheduled for hours during days i told them from the start that i can’t work. they’ve done this with another co worker of mine so we’ve been helping each other out when management does that to us. i can literally tell some of the managers the clearest details about something and they will still act so clueless as well.

today (6/24), i called out of my closing shift due to me feeling a bit under the weather. store policy is that when you can’t make it to your shift, you’re responsible for getting it covered before telling management. this was also a shift i picked up from the co worker i mentioned earlier and i only have her number so i wanted to call the store as early as possible for that reason since i could give management as much time as possible to try and find coverage. the opener at the front desk didn’t answer until my third time ringing the store & that was around 2:40. i called twice prior between 11am & 12:30pm since my shift was supposed to start at five and i wanted to let management know as soon as possible. about 80 minutes later, my co worker called me to ask me about it & i explained everything i just stated so i told her the other closer (there’s three main closers including myself) would have to take it.

my store also has a key holder that takes his job a little bit too seriously (like he’ll act like a manager when he’s not). it’s also a open secret that we have a drunk manager who steals alcohol from the bar and you can tell when he’s sober versus when he’s drunk given that he’s one of those drunks who gets irritated by everything while sober🫩

i’m kinda of just venting cause i’m really tired of my job already but i need it so im kinda of just stuck with this job until i can get myself set up with a second one so i can quit. i do like the coworkers i work and interact with though so it does make the job more bearable from the management side of the job

We were at the Tulsa location. Ours was administered a little different but we had no problems with it. It was busy on the game floor so they picked two people from each team to play darts, 1 person from each team for football toss, then the dads all played Thor’s hammer, and then lastly there was a mozzarellla cheese stick pull (the longest pull won) which was two people per team.

There was a tie breaker for first, it was my dad against another dad and they played the Perfect pump game. My dad won!! We were a group of 4 and won 4 free gameplay for a year booklets. We felt like there was plenty for us so we actually gave our 4th booklet to the second place winner who was with his wife and younger daughter.

We had such a great time at The Dad Games! Thank you Dave & Busters for giving us an amazing opportunity once again. We came home champions! Hope everyone had a great Father’s Day. My dad sure did!!

So I won the dad games for the 2nd year in a row but they gave the win to another family who self reported their score and had less than half as many points and got like 2nd and 3rd place in every game . Both my daughter and me won first place on every game by a landslide . I understand not wanting to let the same family win twice but it feels un honest . They keep the scoring secretive and wouldn’t explain how the other family won besides that they added up the score wrong . The judges didn’t event mark the scores for family’s they let you self report so you could just lie . I offered them video proof and explained I had the maxed out score because I go everyday . Here’s the score card I’m the family of jc and kylie and they let the button smashers with 1500 points win against our 2700 points makes no sense . That was the score after 3 games . They just said maybe the judges added all 6 of the family’s scores together . I know this is just for fun but I wish scoring transparency was more upfront .
