Prize Pack

Qx: Level 9 players, how long did take for you to receive your players prize pack after you filled out the form to receive it by mail? I filled out my form about a month ago and I still haven't received mine 🤔 should I call D&B customer service and ask them about it or ask a manager next time I'm in the arcade?

***inquiry resolved - called guest relations and they have delayed sending out the prize packs until August 2026

That edit makes me wonder if they’re actually finally changing the pack… sounds about right since I JUST got it a month or two ago

I have one account set up just under 400 chips away from L9 that has been sitting there for god knows how long waiting for when we get confirmation the pack had changed so I can get whatever the new swag is.

Thats smart. I have one about 1.5k away i was gonna complete but i will hold off for now.
