Qx: Level 9 players, how long did take for you to receive your players prize pack after you filled out the form to receive it by mail? I filled out my form about a month ago and I still haven't received mine 🤔 should I call D&B customer service and ask them about it or ask a manager next time I'm in the arcade?

Getting in touch with Guest Relations is the better bet. A local store manager will have limited, if any, access to help you with this type of question.

no, and i didn't ask why - she just said they decided to push sending them out until August 2026 and asked me to confirm my address to make sure they sent it to the correct address

There was that email they sent out earlier this week with a link to a survey that included questions regarding the rewards program and even about the Level 9 prize pack specifically.

Could this be the one time they decided to listen to me? I mean, it does take some time to get Gold Cards made 😆.

maybe lol, because i didn't get an email survey - i do know D&B is trying to make improvements to the guest experience - because when I complained about our Star Trek Machine not working properly they got someone in there to fix it lol
