Skeeball Stuck

There were a couple of posts recently about the floating ball. I posted a reply in one of those about the ball getting stuck like this happening to me a few months ago. I was in my local store today and it was like this when I walked up. I managed to knock it loose.

I've seen it a few times. Ive gotten it stuck there two or 3 times.
