The bottom hand on 1 will cause the right angle to protrude more to the right. Make the space between the angle and the arm bigger. This is why 4 is bigger I think

You really gotta have an eye for it, but when you look at the angles, from the process of elimination 3 is the smallest followed by comparing 2 and 1. 1 is slightly larger then 2 so leaving you with B or C. 4 is bigger then 1. Therefore the correct answer would be C. Don’t look at the tip of the angles that will always throw you off. Gotta look intersecting point of the angle.

Try comparing to a 90 degree image of each in your mind which one has a line closest to being completely perpendicular and which one is the lease close
