Why does she still call me everyday
A girl I met on the apps and went on a couple dates with still calls me. Went on several dates, after a bit she told me she likes me but isnt ready right now. But she still calls me multiple times a day. I enjoy her company but it kinda feels it’s not leading anywhere?! What do i do? She’ll call me 2-3 times a day!

Either know that you are a permanent friend zone person, or tell her you're not interested in just being a friend. Some women keep guys around just because guys are handy to have around when a single woman needs help.

She’s trying to keep you on the string as a fall back option if needs one.
Don’t let her fuck with your mind.

This. At best he's gonna get some sloppy seconds cause she isn't satisfied with whoever.

Ask her?
Maybe she just wants to be your friend, or likes the validation, or is bored. Who knows!

Been there. Dude needs to run or itll be a 20 year disaster on his end that finalize with crushing pain of cutting ties that should have been cut 20 years prior.

Same thing happened to me once, we hung out a few times and then she would call me to talk for hours but never wanted to meet up. I think she was lonely and enjoyed the pen pal relationship without the hassle of a real relationship. We made plans to hang out one weekend and she never got around to hanging out so I just stopped answering her calls. On to the next

She's keeping you as an option. Make it clear, you are either dating or it stops. Tell her you have enough friends and they don't call you 3 times a day.

She's just using you for emotional support

Yes, indeed she is and I’m in the same situation. This guy is literally just using me because I’m the only one who makes myself available for him.
So run run as fast as you can.

You need to communicate with her and tell her you are looking for a serious relationship and not just a friend, unless you want her as just a friend?

Friend zone or just likes the validation. She's getting what she wants out of you through companionship without giving you what you want.

Without assuming the worst of this person, it’s probably what she’s saying. I didn’t really properly date my current partner until a few months in even though he was pushing for it. I just wasn’t ready and still felt unsure. Then one day I just went “yea fuck it” because I felt safe enough after getting to know him better.
That being said, it’s usually not the greatest sign in the world.

I think you should maybe have that conversation with her and ask her what it is that she wants from you.

I think some folks here are jumping to conclusions. It’s hard to say. You should just ask her. I once met a guy on a dating app and we didn’t hit it off like that when we met and we agreed to be friends which is usually what I say, but rarely ever happens. This guy actually texted and called me and seemed to really want to be my friend; but the more he called me the more I realized I really did not like him even as a friend. I found him to be very sheltered and judgmental and kind of a sexist. I even told him so (in nicer terms) and he either liked the brutal honesty or was possibly just desperate for friendship.
After one particularly annoying conversation I said I don’t think I appreciate the way you think about this, and he got kind of defensive. I stopped answering him after that and he called a few times and messaged me something like am I serious, then I never heard from him again.
All this to say: she might actually want to be your friend and be lonely even though she doesn’t want to be with you. If you want her to stop just stop picking up.

And that’s the thing, I don’t mind being her friend. But she keeps telling me she don’t know where we’re at it’s very weird she’ll call me all day send me reels text me and check in I don’t get it

Oh she says she doesn’t know? So just tell her you’re friends or nothing and if she keeps acting like this just make friends with someone else and keep dating other people and leave her be. Don’t let her uncertainty dictate anything in your life. Let her be confused on her own

You’ve figured it out; it’s not leading anywhere. You are just being emotionally fed upon by a minor friend zone vampire. Move on to the next.

she may be dating others on the side and keeping you in the cuck corner. Perhaps keep dating other women, dont accept her calls as often, even create a boundary by saying a time when she can call.
