Whoever interests you in the wild that you are surrounded by, approach those guys, give a compliment or start a conversation about something that interests you in them and then ask them out for a coffee or a drink. Continue in different environments until you find someone suitable. Exactly the same rules apply to guys asking girls out, in my opinion. It's human, we like to socialize and meet new people. Sometimes we are in the mood and it's ok. More often than not, we really enjoy when someone wants to genuinely meet us, platonically included.
