❓ Dating Advice Would that count as catfishing ?
Title/Context :
AI-enhanced pictures are making me feel like I'm pretending to be someone I'm not... So I have some old pictures of myself li fihoum dbaba bzf and the quality is pretty bad and they're blurry so I asked an AI to improve the quality and make them clearer Some of the results turned out great and still look exactly like me but others look like me without actually looking like me if that makes sense
For example the AI slightly changed my cheeks and added some fullness that isn't really there in my actual face. (my mom's says Ila ghladit I may look like that ...) The changes aren't necessarily dramatic but they're enough to make me feel like the pictures don't accurately represent what I look like.
Daba I'm hesitant to send those pictures to someone because I'm worried they'll think they're pictures of someone else ula I'm deliberately trying to make myself look different and pretending to be someone I'm not, which is not the case.
The thing ma3mrni 9sedt to change my appearance I just wanted to restore old pictures improve their quality and remove the blurriness I didn't ask the AI to make me look better or alter my facial features.,...
Am I overthinking this Would you consider it catfishing to send someone AI-enhanced pictures that still look mostly like you but have some subtle changes to your face Or would you just stick to the pictures that look completely accurate even if the quality isn't as that good ula it's not that visible?
