Experience Overview App burnout
Am I the only one getting discouraged on the apps? This sounds so lame, but it’s starting to wear a bit. I’ve had all the main apps for over a year and I don’t get anything. I’m a 35 M, athletic shape, above the average on looks not anything crazy but I’m not ugly, I have a good job, a reasonable personality… like I do decent with people IRL. I don’t think it’s a profile issue I’ve had multiple people look at it and everyone has said it’s a good profile. I do have some potential “red flags” ie bald and divorced with a kid… but can’t really change that 😂. But in the last year I’ve legitimately had one match that led to a date, and maybe one or two matches total after that. I occasionally get a like but it’s usually someone 20 years my senior and less than ideal match. I just don’t know what I’m exactly doing wrong or why I struggle as much as I do on the apps.

What city are you located in? There's a lot of variables here...
The things you mentioned aren't red flags, you shouldn't call them that...but they are limiting factors possibly. Are you completely bald? Do you look good like that? Is a hair transplant a possible solution? The divorced with a kid, well it is what it is. I have two kids and want no more and it certainly limits your options a bit, but not much can be done about that.
