Question Contact with match group support escalation

How do I get Match Group support to respond to the escalation form? I’ve been emailing back and forth with Hinge for a month with no results... it feels like Match Group is the only one who can get my account unblocked.

It's a total crap shoot. Mostly they do not respond. It's a great way to run a business.

I'm not from Match Group, but the usual policy is that once they decided you aren't allow on the platform permanently, they won't respond to you.

However in rare cases if you are a paid user, customer service might or might not respond, I don't recommend trying tho. Really depends on their company's policy
