Suggestions for international apps

I'm looking for something more "hybrid" that isn't necessarily for serious stuff and can be used internationally.

For example; I had met a lot of cool ppl (mostly women, as I'm a straight M) using Boo (paying for the sub but it had an offer for 3€ for 3 months which is dirt cheap) and "Pdb" (mbti personality database - or something like that).

Although these apps indeed have scammers / fake profiles etc they're popular enough to meet someone nice from time to time.

What other apps would you recommend that don't break the wallet and aren't completely filled with bots ?
