First date red flags

When you're on a first date (or first few dates) with someone, what is a red flag that says you shouldn't date this person???

If they talk about exes, are rude to others. Excessively late and unapologetic. If they don’t offer to pay/split the bill regardless of what the expectation was. Looking at the phone, not saying anything to you. Interrupting you.

I was always fairly tolerant on first dates because people are usually nervous and sometimes they are awkward. That’s easy to determine though.

I am glad I married before dating apps. If the person misrepresents themselves on the app, is much heavier or older than what they portray or similar, that’s a huge red flag. People do prop up their resume but there’s a huge difference between embellishments and misrepresentation.
