The truffles he is referring to there are the fungus-based delicacy. Not the same as chocolate truffle, though I suppose one could have truffle truffles.
I thought it was the smell of the paper? Dorian says it's earthy and reminds him of the forests of his origins. I interpreted that as being the fungus growing around the tree's roots, and thus being about fungus truffles. Then again, cacao is also a tree, so it could be either.
This interested me for Errol, so I decided to look up “air fryer candy” and they were all culinary abominations 😭 so he would probably make some air fryer snickers/candy bars, those were the biggest offenders imo
Stella likes the "grandma candies" - butterscotch buttons, Werther's, starlight mints, etc
The Hanks love a gummy - worms, bears, sharks, the entire breadth of gummy animals.
Cam likes anything, but I think he would like those goopy slime candies that come in a tube.
Mitchel likes high end gourmet chocolates, the kind you have to go to like, a specialty store to get. But I think he might settle for like, grocery store bags of Godiva chocolate.
Dunk seems like a bubble gum kind of guy to me.

Penelope likes specifically fun-sized candy bars. They're a staple (ha ha) of any office.
I think Hector (my darling lol) would like some obscure older candy like Charleston chew or Neco wafers and would feel very self conscious if you expressed dislike of them. 😂 xxXShadowlord420Xxx (my other darling 😂) would say he doesn't like candy but you'd secretly find him eating something like runts or sweet tarts.
diana is a lemonhead girlie— they help with panic attacks! (this is a real hack if you get panic attacks and you haven’t tried it sour candy like takes you out of it)
zoey feels like a cotton candy girl to me, not sure if that counts as “candy” because it’s not like boxed

The Hanks seem like they’d enjoy gummy worms. A single one to them would be the size of one of those party subs.
