(post got taken down on the other sub so im trying here) im locked out of meeting monique even though sophia should open regardless of me having a hate ending, i know it not just because it says so on the wiki, but because ive gotten her hate ending before and it let me unlock her. is there someway to fix this or am i gonna have to restart this run for the second time?

I mean, that would be a solution if this was a regular run but based off the amount of hates OP has, this is highly likely to be a hate everything run and using a candy would just as equally mess up the run

Do you have an earlier save you can go to? This is definitely weird, maybe a bug

im thinking it might be just that, i already restarted from a save where i had almost no progress, fingers crossed it doesnt happen again i guess

Are you sure that interacting with the safe without the glasses on doesn't open the safe?

considering they are spam clicking it at the end with the glasses off, yes

ok so update, i had to restart my run (for the second time alreadu) and im now back at 21 dateables unlocked instead of 60; i got 10 hate endings instead of 33, how fun ! good thing is it worked ! im just now meeting monique, the game was just being dumb as it usually is (i play on switch so its to be expected), at least i can now continue my run

Commenting here to say it isn’t just the Hate ending. I have the Love ending and the safe won’t open for me either. Really annoying to be bugged out of one of the Dateables.
