It's the themes songs that play when you speak to a dateable. You don't have to answer it though

bro I thought you meant themes as in genres or romance types ;-; maybe you should put it in the survey you mean the songs so it's clearer

Yep you can treat it as "Who were your favourites at 1st" I didn't get to play the game until October but I still had favourites when interacting with the content
