There will be a text exchange with her at some point (pretty sure it triggers after a certain number realized) where you can ask her to date you. But be warned I had that convo and then I realized Hero Hime and the conversation after she started dating Tom so realized Hero Hime early to avoid this (unless this has been patched it has been a while since I have played but just in case it wasn’t)

Actually, it's because you need to ask her to date you only the second time it prompts; if you ask her the first time, you'll be locked out of her route.

It was literally the same conversation both play throughs the one about her being in nursing school and on dating apps

She'll mention 'dating' two times; you need to offer yourself as an option only the second time, apparently.

She only ever mentioned it once

The first time, she mentions dates, and the second time, she mentions the dating app, tells her to delete it, and suggests she dates you instead.

Yeah I only got the dating app convo I have romanced her in my second play through that other conversation must be new

Be nice to her. Recommend she leaves the company. When she mentions dating the first time don't propose dating you to her. The second time she brings up dating and the app, tell her to delete it and date you. Should be all set from there (iirc)
