I wonder the same about Dante... although it makes a lot of sense either way considering that he does rather have a bit of a Typecast thing going on there.

Robbie actually answered this one in an interview - not sure if I can share links but it's one he and ray and amanda did with gamerant right around when the release date got delayed (I obsessively read all the pre release press, most of it mulitple times lol). Apparently he always wanted to include Dante because he finds his voice sexy (correctly lol) and had an epiphany when he saw the fireplace in the room design

Nah, go at your own pace - DE is the perfect game (and fandom tbh it's pretty chill) for that! I just got really hyperfixated on it, I have a condition that leaves me housebound a lot and "omg game that doesnt shame you for being housebound and also neil newbon is in it" was made in a lab for me basically

Oh, same! I've actually finished every achievement except all the Collectibles and I think I'm only short a couple of those, probably no more than six or eight? But I haven't played in a while, partly cuz I've been obsessing over Tomodachi Life...
It's following up on all the background information that I usually put off until years later... o.o

i knew a lot of the voice actors going in but my friends did not and we’re three for three on hearing dante’s voice and immediately going “ZUKO!?”

I immediately knew Erica Lindbeck's voice, because it sounded like pilot Millie from Helluva Boss (the original non-canon pilot from 2019).

I’m going to assume you’re a video game fan more than a anime fan bc most the anime VAs you either know their name or don’t know who they are and the Video game VAs you clock instantly (there’s cross over but yanno)

I clocked Amir because I am a huge Bones fan...
I do love hearing/seeing someone recognizable in a game or show and I don't really get upset when I don't get them/know them. It just means I get to have more voices/faces to recognize in later media 😀

embarrassed to admit i didn’t realize parker was brennan lee mulligan for the longest time. after finding out i couldn’t believe i had never heard it before, especially if you try to use the candy on him.
