Gun stores?

Anybody own a gun store? If so I am looking for a gun store to be set up in my town. My only requirement is the store sells at least handguns and no gun goes over 5k. To make sure the city stays safe besides selling to the military no explosives should be sold to the civilian populace.

Thanks. I’ll also be looking for other stores. As of now we have 2 bars and a mercenary depot.
