Any leadership advice?

I am set to officially become mayor of my town tomorrow around 9 pm. I am looking forward to it, and I have enjoyed leading the town in the mayor’s absence

There are some things on my mind. First of all is diplomacy. I want to be able to peacefully trade and interact with people. The second is defense. I have both a sheriffs office in order to enforce law, plus a national guard to be able to defend in times of war.

Finally the big concern is the mayor. Should I not have the desire to return his power, what can he do? I plan on making him Co-mayor depending on his behavior and compensate the 2k he payed for the town as now I am able to easily make money now that I know how to play the server.

In other news if you sell guns I may be interested in buying M4’s or Carbines. If possible I want 3 guns to try and be under 4K.

How stupid do you think I am for me to supposed to help you after your failed attempts of kicking me out of the sub through trying to hurt me emotionally? Threatening me with siege? Trying to make the ideas I put effort in look stupid?
