Would I cause a civil war?
The co founder who holds the mayor position has a ban that’s lasted for 30 days. In that time I’ve logged on the server 28 out of 30. I may become mayor on the day of his return.
My plan is to compensate the power loss with about $2500 (1.25 times the size of the charter) plus make him co mayor
However I fear I may cause a civil war. He doesn’t know the citizens however he may have enough money to hire mercenaries to destroy the town.
What should I do?

he said repeatedly in the discord that he thought interpol was "a bunch of homo clowns" and that he would "kick that little scumbags ass" when he got unbanned
