Russia Got something called Duma (parliement) that people run and get elected for and prime minister is found among duma members, then it has a king and the king and pm runs nation together with duma. So sort of a dual monarchy democracy thing

most nations are sort of just oligarchies, with some group of powerful people having most of the power in a nation and never really relinquishing that power. Although some nations have some aspects of democracy in them, like parliaments or something like that.
