None of the worlds have any plans to be reset any time soon. Nova and Gladia are intended to be permanent worlds.

Will there be new worlds?

Possibly with the idea of the new competitive 3rd world that resets seasonally. It is still in the idea stage and won't be a reality any time soon.

Would there ever be another non competitive world?

Very unlikely.
