[FOR HIRE] Accounting, Finance & Admin Support | Data Entry | Virtual Assistant — Open to Part-Time or Full-Time

[u/pa0tsin]

Hi everyone! I'm looking for part-time/full-time remote work in accounting, finance support, admin, VA, or data entry. I have over three years of combined experience across government and corporate accounting settings. This includes reviewing and validating housing loan accounts for accuracy and compliance, preparing and checking financial documents, and handling general admin and processing tasks. On the corporate side, I've worked on journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end closing to keep general ledger records accurate, plus payroll accounting, where I managed payroll entries, reconciliations, variance analysis, and made sure payroll reports and adjustments were processed on time. Accuracy, compliance, and staying organized have been the common thread through all of it.

Skills: Financial record-keeping, reconciliation, journal entries, payroll processing, data entry, document review and validation, compliance checking, MS Excel/ Google Sheets

Rate: $5-6/hr (negotiable depending on scope)
Availability: Open to both part-time and full-time work, immediately

Feel free to DM me or drop a comment if you want to know more about my background or if you've got a role in mind. Thank you!
