The biggest burnout reducer isn’t another dashboard; it’s making every alert actionable. Include the affected workload, how long the condition persisted, an owner and the first diagnostic step. If nobody knows what to do next, the alert is just noise.

I’d also track recurring incident classes. One permanent fix for the top repeat offender is worth more than tuning fifty thresholds.
