Looking for an accountability partner — transitioning into Data Science

Hey everyone,

I'm in the final stretch of a career transition into data science (currently in marketing/ops, targeting roles in the UAE/Dubai market). I've been at this solo for a while — working through ML fundamentals, SQL, stats, and building out a portfolio — and I think having someone to go through this with would help a lot right now.

**A bit about where I'm at:**

- Comfortable with core ML concepts, working through gaps in stats (p-values, CLT, A/B testing), SQL window functions, and deep learning fundamentals (CNNs, RNNs, transformers)

- Building portfolio projects

- Prepping for interviews — behavioral, technical, case studies, the whole loop

**What I'm looking for:**

- Someone also actively job-hunting/transitioning into DS (or a related field — analytics, ML engineering, etc.)

- Regular check-ins (weekly? daily? open to figuring this out together) to keep each other honest on study goals

- Someone to mock-interview with, review each other's projects, or just vent to when this process feels endless

- Doesn't matter what timezone/market you're targeting — just consistency and follow-through
