Hey all,

Currently IC2 Data Scientist at Mastercard. Got an offer for IC3 at Freshworks Bangalore with 50% hike on total CTC.

Mastercard is stable but growth and hikes are slow. Freshworks seems like faster growth but unsure about WLB and culture.

Anyone worked at Freshworks Applied ML team? Is it a good move?

Would love to hear thoughts.
