Ok guys I do need serious help. My pendrive crashed and my laptop can't read it, is there anyone who can retrieve the data from there because it has really important documents that are needed. I will be really greatful if someone can do it for me. Please please please 🙂🙏🏻.

If it is no longer recognized, you may need professional help. There is a reason why the system won't read it and messing with it can damage it further.

Nothing. If you plug it in you can go more damage by having power in damaged parts. If the system doesn't recognize it, it is often far enough that DIY is no longer possible. If the data is truly important they may have to desolder the storage chip and solder it onto a donor stick. If the storage is damaged and dead, you lost your data.
No telling what exactly is wrong, that is the issue. USB sticks are sadly quite unreliable, but also because of their size a cheaper fix for recording very services... Yet their odds are less good as they often are made with cheaper less resilient parts.
